Ivan Oseledets has graduated from MIPT in 2006, defended his Candidate of Sciences in 2007 and Doctor of Sciences in 2012, both from INM RAS. From 2013 he works at Skoltech as Associate Professor, from 2019 - as Full Professor, from 2021 - Director of CAIT. He is the Associate Editor of several international journals (SIAM J. Sci. Comput, Advances in Computational Mathematics, Inverse Problems) and Area Chair in top AI conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR. He has prepared 14 candidate of Sciences (PhD). He is the receipient of Russian President award for young scientists in science and innovation (2018), Ilya Segalovich award (2019), Humboldt award (2020), Moscow government award for best yound scientists (2023). He is the author of more than 150 papers in top journals and conferences, leader of several large industrial projects that have been successfully completed with industry awards. His research interests include tensor methods, artificial intelligence and machine learning, modelling of quantum systems.
